We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock discrepancies, parcel size limits, or system errors, we will contact you via phone, email, or site message to arrange for an exchange or a full refund.
1.2 Order Combination
To ensure shipping efficiency, please complete all purchases in a single transaction. If separate orders are placed, our system cannot manually merge payments or combine shipments. Please check your cart carefully before checkout.
2. Omnichannel Membership Policies
2.1 Price & Promotion Synchronization
Prices and promotional discounts on the OUTDOOR MAN Official Website are synchronized with our physical retail stores. This policy does not apply to non-official third-party platforms (e.g., Shopee, Momo, etc.).
2.2 Points & Store Credits
- Reward Points: 1 Pt = NT$1. Points are earned across all official channels, are permanent, and have no redemption limit per order.
- Store Credit: Store credits have expiration dates. The maximum discount per single order is capped at 25%.
- Points and credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded. Upon return of an item, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted; any store credits used will not be reissued.
3. Shipping & Logistics
3.1 Delivery Delays
Shipping may be delayed due to incomplete recipient information, incorrect phone numbers, maintenance, stock transfers, or unforeseen natural disasters. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
3.2 Incorrect Information
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect recipient data or failure to receive the delivery, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping fees required for resending the parcel.
3.3 Estimated Delivery Risk

4. International Order Special Terms
4.1 Customs & Duties

4.2 Overseas After-Sales Policy
Due to the complexity of international logistics, we do not offer returns or exchanges for overseas orders. Parcels abandoned at overseas warehouses for over 30 days without a response will be disposed of automatically.
