2. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.
All transactions are settled in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). Final amounts will be based on the exchange rate provided by your card issuer.
3. Address Requirements
For all regions excluding SG, MY, HK, and MO, shipping information (name and address) must be written in English.
Please ensure your details are accurate to prevent delivery failure.
4. Unclaimed Parcels
Failed Pickups: If a store pickup is unclaimed, it will be redirected to your home address via "Home Delivery COD." Freight costs must be paid on-site.
Storage & Disposal: Unclaimed parcels will be held for 7 business days. If no response is received within 30 days of notice, the parcel will be disposed of.
5. Returns & Exchanges
No International Returns: Due to the complexity of international logistics, we do not offer returns or exchanges for overseas orders.
In exceptional cases, all additional costs (taxes, round-trip freight) shall be borne by the buyer.
6. Modifications & Restrictions
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered the shipping process. Please verify your local import laws for restricted items (e.g., food, medicine) prior to purchase.
