International Orders Guidelines

Important Reminder


  • Please note that due to the special nature of international orders, carefully review all the following guidelines before placing an order. If you cannot accept these terms, please refrain from ordering.
  • Certain items may be canceled and refunded at our discretion if they are too large, too heavy, or restricted by the regulations of the destination country.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local import regulations and tax rates to avoid unexpected costs.

1. Payment Methods


We accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB credit card payments. A real-time currency converter is available for your convenience.

All prices and exchange rates are calculated in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). The final amount will be based on the actual exchange rate at the time of transaction.


2. Shipping Methods


7-11 Cross-Border Home Delivery: Available regions include Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, United States, Macau, the Philippines, China, Japan, Australia, Vietnam, Canada, South Korea, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Thailand.

7-11 Cross-Border Store Pickup: Available regions include Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, and Thailand.


3. Recipient Information Requirements


According to logistics regulations, all recipient information (including name and address) for regions other than Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Macau must be written in English.

Please ensure the accuracy of recipient information when placing your order to avoid delivery issues.


4. Uncollected Store Pickup Orders


If you choose store pickup but fail to collect the package within the designated time, the local logistics company will deliver the package to the “Overdue Delivery Address” provided at the time of order via cash-on-delivery.

The actual shipping fee will be collected directly by the courier upon delivery.


5. Package Retention and Handling Policy


Packages will be retained at the overseas warehouse for 7 business days. If the package is uncollected, contact information is incorrect, or the recipient cannot be reached, we will contact you for further instructions.

If no response is received within 30 days after notification, the warehouse will initiate a forced disposal process, and the package will be discarded or destroyed.


6. Order Cancellation and Changes


Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you have special circumstances, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will assist based on the order status but cannot guarantee changes.


7. Shipping Costs and Adjustments


Shipping costs are subject to change based on the carrier’s updated rates. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.


8. Return and Exchange Policy


Due to the complexity of international shipping, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.

In special circumstances requiring a return or exchange, please contact us. Additional costs, including taxes and two-way shipping fees, may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

10. Additional Special Notices
