Membership Points: Features and Earning Methods
1. Points Accumulation
• Earn membership points with every purchase. Details of point accumulation rules can be found in the Membership and Tier System .
2. Point Redemption
• 1 point = NT$1, redeemable during checkout with no upper limit.
3. Exclusions for Points
• Certain brand products and clearance items are not eligible for point redemption. The system will notify you during checkout if the item is excluded.
4. Special Redemption Offers
• Enjoy periodic point-exclusive redemption activities for additional benefits and gifts.
Gift Vouchers: Features and Earning Methods
1. Earning Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are offered during specific promotional campaigns or as part of member rewards. Notifications will be sent via email upon issuance.
2. Gift Voucher Value
• 1 NT$ = NT$1, equivalent to one New Taiwan Dollar.
3. Validity Period
• Different vouchers may have varying validity periods. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued. Check your voucher details in the Member Area.
4. Redemption Conditions
• A minimum cart value of NT$1500 is required to redeem gift vouchers, with a maximum redemption cap of 15% of the total order amount.
5. Exclusions for Gift Vouchers
• Certain brand products and clearance items are not eligible for gift voucher redemption. The system will notify you during checkout if the item is excluded.
How to Check Your Points and Gift Vouchers
Log in to the Member . Area to view your current balance, validity period, and applicable items for both points and gift vouchers.
Additional Notes
1. Returns or Refunds
• Accumulated membership points will be deducted upon returns or refunds. Gift vouchers used for the purchase will not be refunded, and only the actual payment amount will be returned.
Example: For an order of NT$1300 with NT$100 gift voucher redemption, the refund will only cover NT$1200.
2. Using Multiple Discounts
• Membership points and gift vouchers can be used together and combined with other promotions. However, exclusions apply to certain brands and items. The system will automatically calculate eligible discounts.
3. Return Order Adjustments
• For returned orders, redeemed points will be credited back to your account, while earned points from the order will be deducted. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
4. Flexible Redemption Options
• Both points and gift vouchers allow flexible usage amounts. The system defaults to full redemption, but you can adjust this in your shopping cart.
5. Non-Transferable
• Membership points and gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other accounts.
6. Policy Changes
• OUTDOOR MAN reserves the right to modify, adjust, or cancel the points and gift voucher policies at any time. Updates will be announced on our website.
