To promote environmental sustainability and streamline shipping, we use Electronic Invoices. Please note that Taiwan’s Uniform Invoice (GUI) system applies only to domestic orders; international orders are excluded.
Invoice Policy
1. Electronic Invoices (Cloud Invoices)
- You may provide your Mobile Barcode Carrier or Citizen Digital Certificate at checkout.
- If no carrier is provided, the invoice will be bound to your website member account.
- Prize Notification: For membership-bound invoices, the system will automatically check for winning numbers. If you win, we will notify you and send the physical invoice via registered mail.
2. Invoice Donation
If you choose to donate your invoice, the system will automatically direct it to our pre-set charitable organization.
3. Business Tax ID Invoices (Corporate)
- We do not provide manual 3-part paper invoices.
- For business invoices, enter your Company Name and Tax ID at checkout.
- A PDF invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your email.
- To open the PDF, enter your Company Tax ID as the password.
4. International Orders
Taiwan's tax system uses a unique "Uniform Invoice" (GUI). For non-Taiwan orders, an Electronic Receipt will be sent to your email address in place of the Taiwan GUI.
