除現金折抵外，我們也將不定期推出專屬的點數兌換活動，提供更多優惠。

購物金取得與使用規則

生日購物金使用規範

  • 會員生日當月 1 日，系統將自動發放生日購物金至會員帳戶。
  • 僅完成會員註冊且從未有消費紀錄者，可獲得 NT$300；青銅課長（含）以上會員如已有消費紀錄，可獲得 NT$2,500。實際發放金額以系統記錄為準。
  • 生日購物金自發放日起 30 天內有效，逾期將自動失效，恕不另行補發。
  • 請於生日月份前完成會員註冊並正確填寫生日資料，方符合發放資格。
  • 每位會員每年限領 1 次；生日資料如需更正，請聯繫客服協助確認。
  • 其他折抵限制、適用商品、優惠併用及退貨退款方式，請參閱下方購物金規則。

購物金取得方式

我們將不定期推出會員回饋及消費活動，購物金會發送至會員帳戶，並可能透過 Email 通知。

面值與使用規則

每 1 元購物金等同於新台幣 1 元整。

有效期限

不同種類的購物金有不同的有效期限，逾期將不另行補發。您可至會員專區查詢使用期限。

折抵限制

折抵上限為訂單金額的 25%。

其他注意事項與權益說明

退貨或退款

因退貨或退款，消費累積的會員點數將自動扣除。使用的購物金折抵金額將自動從退款金額中扣除。例如：訂單金額 NT$1,300 折抵購物金 NT$100，退款時僅退還實際付款金額 NT$1,200。

多重優惠使用

會員點數與購物金可同時使用，並可與其他優惠活動合併。但特定品牌或品項除外；系統將先計算商品優惠，再扣除套用的點數或購物金。

退貨後的點數與購物金

退貨後，會員點數將退還該訂單折抵的金額，同時扣除該訂單累積的點數。購物金則不另行退還。

靈活使用點數與購物金

您可自由選擇折抵金額，系統預設為全額折抵，並可於購物車內手動調整折抵金額。

不可轉讓或轉移

會員點數與購物金不可轉讓或移至其他帳戶。

政策修改權

OUTDOOR MAN 保留隨時修改、變更及取消點數與購物金相關規章的權利。

Earn Reward Points

Members earn reward points on eligible purchases. For full tier-based earning rates, see Membership & Tier Benefits.

Redeem Reward Points

1 reward point = NT$1 and can be redeemed toward purchases.

Item Exclusions

Some brands and clearance items are not eligible for point redemption due to sales policies. The system will notify you after the item is added to your cart.

Points-Only Offers

In addition to purchase discounts, we may occasionally offer exclusive point-redemption rewards and promotions.

Store Credit: Earning & Redemption

Birthday Store Credit

  • Birthday store credit is automatically issued to your account on the first day of your birthday month.
  • Registered members with no purchase history receive NT$300. Bronze-tier members and above with at least one purchase receive NT$2,500. The actual amount issued is based on the system record.
  • Birthday store credit is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Expired credit will not be reissued.
  • Complete your membership registration and enter your correct date of birth before your birthday month to qualify.
  • Each member may receive birthday store credit once per year. To correct your date of birth, please contact Customer Service.
  • For redemption limits, eligible items, combined offers, and return or refund handling, see the store credit rules below.

How Store Credit Is Issued

We periodically issue store credit through member rewards and promotional campaigns. Credit is added to your account, and you may also receive an email notification.

Value

NT$1 in store credit = NT$1.

Validity Period

Validity periods vary by credit type. Expired store credit will not be reissued. Check the expiration date in your Member Account.

Redemption Limit

Store credit can cover up to 25% of the order total.

Some brands and clearance items are not eligible for store credit redemption. The system will notify you after the item is added to your cart.

Additional Terms & Member Rights

Returns & Refunds

Reward points earned from a returned or refunded purchase will be deducted automatically. Store credit applied to the order will not be refunded; the refund is based on the amount actually paid. Example: If an NT$1,300 order uses NT$100 in store credit, the refund will be NT$1,200.

Combining Discounts

Reward points and store credit can be used together and combined with other promotions, except for select brands or items. Product discounts are applied first, followed by reward points or store credit.

Adjustments After a Return

Reward points redeemed on the order will be credited back, while points earned from that order will be deducted. Store credit will not be reissued.

Flexible Redemption

You may choose how many points or how much store credit to redeem. The system defaults to the maximum available amount, which you can adjust in your cart.

Non-Transferable

Reward points and store credit cannot be transferred or moved to another member account.

Policy Changes

OUTDOOR MAN reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel these reward points and store credit terms at any time.
