Delivery Fees
1. Taiwan Region (including outlying islands)
- Free delivery for single orders over NT$1,200.
- A delivery fee of NT$100 applies to orders under NT$1,200.
2. International Orders
• For delivery fees and shopping procedures, please refer to the International Orders Policy .
Dispatch Schedule
- Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping Notification: If an item is out of stock or defective, we will notify you via phone, SMS, or email.
Delivery Methods and Estimated Arrival Times
1. Home Delivery
• Order Time: Orders placed before 13:00 on business days will be dispatched the same day and are expected to arrive the next day.
2. Convenience Store Pickup
• Order Time: Orders placed before 13:00 on business days will be dispatched the same day and are expected to arrive within two days. (A notification will be sent via SMS upon arrival.)
3. Online Order, In-Store Pickup
• Since this option involves store-to-store transportation, please wait for our email notification before visiting the designated store to collect your order.
