Items and Situations Not Eligible for Returns
1. Technical Climbing Products: Safety harnesses, crampons, ropes, carabiners, belay devices, pulleys, and other climbing gear are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Food, Gas Canisters, Sunglasses, and Stoves: These items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
3. Personal Hygiene Items: Items such as underwear, socks, and protective gear cannot be returned once sold, except for defects.
4. Hygiene-Related Products: Sleeping bags, pillows, and other skin-contact items are non-returnable once opened.
5. Tents: Tents that have been set up or tested are considered used and cannot be returned.
6. Used or Damaged Items: Products that have been used, or whose packaging has been damaged or destroyed, are not eligible for return.
7. Apparel: Clothing that has been washed or stained cannot be returned.
8. Footwear: Shoes that show wear, such as scuffed soles or soiled uppers, are not eligible for return.
9. Incomplete Products: Items must be returned with all original accessories, gifts, warranty cards, and packaging. Missing or damaged components will affect your return eligibility.
10. Exceeding Return Period: Products not returned within the 7-day inspection period or in a non-new condition, including damaged packaging, cannot be returned.
11. Excessive Returns or Unclaimed Orders: Customers with a history of excessive returns or unclaimed packages may have their orders declined at our discretion.
Return Process

Log in to your account on our shopping website.
2. Go to the Order Page
Navigate to the Order Page and locate the order you wish to return.
3. Submit a Return Request
Use the comment section for the specific order to submit your return request.
(Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, which counts as being within the inspection period.)
4. Arrange Return Shipping
Choose one of the following return options:
• 7-11 Return Service
• Courier Pickup
• In-Store Return
5. Return Inspection
Once the returned items are received, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.
6. Refund Process
If the returned items pass the inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Notes
1. Please return the product (including any gifts) in its original packaging. Missing items may require additional shipping fees at your expense.
2. Refund times vary depending on the payment method. Please allow sufficient time for processing.
3. International orders are not eligible for returns.

Return Packaging Guidelines
1. Shipping Packaging Requirements
• Items must be packaged in an additional box or wrapping to ensure the contents are unrecognizable.
• Transparent packaging is prohibited.
• Do not attach shipping labels directly to the original shoe box or product packaging.
2. Original Product Packaging
• The original product packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, product bags) must remain intact and undamaged.
• Returns will be rejected if the original packaging is damaged or used as the outer shipping box.

7-11 Return Service / iBon Instructions
Steps to Operate:
1. Visit any 7-11 store iBon machine.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to select the Return Service.
3. Enter the return code provided by us and print the return slip.
4. Hand the return slip along with the properly packaged item to the store clerk to complete the return process.
