This shopping guide applies only to orders within Taiwan. For international orders, please refer to the " International Orders Guidelines " page.
- Free shipping on all orders over NT$1,200 within Taiwan (including Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu).
- Due to inventory or product condition issues, some items may become unavailable after ordering. We reserve the right to cancel these orders. Please do not place an order if you are unable to accept this condition.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to product issues, we will provide NT$200 in membership points as compensation (please refer to the Membership Points Policy for details).
- If delays occur due to stock shortages or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via SMS or Email.

Shopping Process
- Join/Login as a Member: Register or log in as a member and complete email verification.
- Add Items to Cart: Browse product pages, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart.
- Select Payment and Shipping Method: Choose your preferred payment method (credit card, mobile payment, etc.) and delivery option (home delivery or store pickup) at checkout.
- Provide Shipping Information and Complete Payment: Confirm order details, enter your shipping information, and proceed with payment.
- Complete Order: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. We will then begin processing and arranging shipment.
Invoice Issuance Information
- Electronic Invoice (Cloud Invoice): Enter your mobile barcode or Citizen Digital Certificate barcode at checkout. If you are a registered member, the invoice will be automatically sent to your email. After the invoice drawing, the system will automatically check for winning numbers. If you win, we will print the invoice and mail it to you via registered post.
- Donated Invoice: If you choose to donate your invoice, it will be automatically sent to a designated charity.
- Business Entity Invoice: This website does not provide manually issued triplicate invoices. If a business entity invoice is required, please enter your company name and tax ID at checkout. A PDF version of the business entity invoice will be sent to your registered email. The tax ID will be used as the password to open the PDF.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping Fees: Free shipping is provided on orders over NT$1,200 within Taiwan (including outlying islands). A shipping fee of NT$100 applies to orders below NT$1,200.
- Shipping Times: Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (no shipping on weekends or national holidays). Orders completed before 13:00 are typically shipped the same day.
- Delivery Times: For home delivery, orders generally arrive the next day. For store pickup, orders usually arrive within two days, and a notification will be sent via SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
