Cancel Order Guidelines

Overview

We accept cancellation requests for orders that have not yet been shipped. However, due to the involvement of logistics, payment processing, and invoice issuance, all cancellations must be handled through our online store’s customer service team. Please follow the steps below to request an order cancellation:

How to Cancel an Order

Step 1: Log in to Your Member Account

    1.    Click the button below to go to the Member Page.

    2.    Log in using your account credentials.

Step 2: Access the Order Page

    1.    After logging in, navigate to the Order Page.

    2.    Locate the order you wish to cancel and click to view its details.

Step 3: Submit a Cancellation Request

    1.    Use the chat or comment section associated with the order to contact our customer service team.

    2.    Clearly state your request (e.g., “Cancel this order,” “After-sales issues,” or “Return and exchange requests”).

Important Notes

    1.    Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

    •    However, you may still contact us, and we will assist you through the return and refund process (excluding international orders).

    2.    If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you with your order.

    3.    Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. The exact refund timing will depend on your payment provider.
